Community Agent

The Community Agents Project is delivered by Wrexham County Borough Council and Community Councils.

Community Agents support people living in areas of Wrexham, bridging the gap between the local community and the statutory or third sector organisations and are able to offer help or support.

Community Agents provide easy access to a wide range of information about the services available in the county and offer help to access them.

Community Agents will work closely with third sector organisations across Wrexham to establish a comprehensive list of voluntary and community groups in the area enabling them to offer a one stop solution, signposting people to the most appropriate services that meet their needs.
