Hello,

My names Ffion and I am the Community Agent in Pen-Y-Cae, I also work in Ruabon. I’m employed by Pen-Y-Cae and Ruabon Community Councils.

My role involves working with and assisting people over the age of 50 in both communities.

I can support you with:

• Information on groups and activities
• Completing forms
• Housing issues
• Healthcare queries
• Loneliness and isolation

This is a FREE and confidential service. I am able to visit you in your own home or at a place which is more convenient for you. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any queries you may have.
