Street Lighting

The Community Council are responsible for some of the street lighting in Pen-y-Cae and have recently embarked upon a programme which has seen the replacement of all of our old lighting stock for new energy efficient LED lamps.  The Community Council have secured an interest free loan to finance these replacements which will be repaid from the savings made on the energy consumption.
